  • How do I place my order?
    We are only accepting orders through the online ordering link that is sent to you through email, or posted on Instagram. The online order form is very easy to use and collects all the information we need for you order.
  • When is the Menu available?
    The new menus go out through email and is posted on Instagram on Monday evenings.
  • Where is the current menu located?
    The current menu will always be posted on our instagram @KikisFood_ under the "Menu" highlight. You can also sign up to receive the weekly menu under the "How it Work" page. If you are having trouble finding the current menu, please email us at KikisFood.meals@gmail.com.
  • How do I pay?
    Payments are through Zelle, Venmo or Apple Pay. When placing your order, please let us know which service you would like to use and we will send you a payment request. Since we are a contactless delivery service, we do NOT accept cash or check.
  • When do I pay?
    Payments are due when your order is placed, or anytime BEFORE 10 A.M. Friday. New customers must pay before Friday 10 A.M or their order may be cancelled.
  • How often does the Menu change?
    There is a new menu every week. A few items will change each week, you'll always have 1 breakfast option and 4 other lunch/dinner options.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We are based in Yucaipa, CA and deliver to neighboring cities. Visit our "How It Works" tab to see the list of cities we deliver to.
  • Is there a minimum for ordering?
    Yes. There is a 3-6 meal minimum depending on which city your delivery address is in. Please refer to our "How It Works" tab to see minimums for each city.
  • When are my meals delivered?
    Meals are delivered on Sunday afternoons, usually between 2pm-6pm. We will send you a courtesy text when your meals are on the way. You will also recieve a text when your meals are delivered contact-free.
  • What is the deadline to order meals?
    The deadline to order is Thursday at MIDNIGHT (12am).
